Troquet Cooking Classes
Troquet offers cooking classes in trades such as pastry, chocolate, culinary, cheese making and more, focusing on instructors that represent some of the highest levels of the trades.
At Troquet, you will have the opportunity to have an hour and a half cooking demonstration with each of these chefs custom preparing a meal with the Troquet team. Enjoy a four course meal while watching these top chefs talk about and work with their dishes and techniques.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
There are no refunds for purchased cooking classes. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place. If Troquet must cancel a class for any reason, we will notify students in a timely manner and provide a full refund.

Join acclaimed Chicago pastry chef Sandra Holl for an evening celebrating the flavors of early autumn. This demonstration-style cooking class features a four-course menu inspired by orchard-fresh apples, golden honey, and the ingredients that define the harvest season. Throughout the evening, Sandra will share techniques, stories, and insights drawn from her years of experience crafting seasonal pastries and rustic cuisine.
