Join Chef Kyle Knall for an evening exploring the intersection of French tradition and Midwestern terroir.

As Chef and Co-Owner of Birch and the chef behind Milwaukee’s newly opened French restaurant Cassis, Kyle has become one of the leading voices in Wisconsin’s dining scene. His work has earned national recognition, including a James Beard Award nomination for Outstanding Chef and acclaim from The New York Times for cuisine described as worldly Midwestern cooking free from cliché.

In this demonstration-style class, Chef Knall will prepare a four-course menu inspired by the techniques, ingredients, and seasonal rhythms that connect French cuisine to the Midwest.
