September 23rd: Midwest Harvest Table with Chef Kurt Fogle
Celebrate the flavors of the heartland in this demonstration-style cooking class led by Chef Kurt Fogle, acclaimed pastry chef, culinary instructor, and co-founder of Dairyland in Milwaukee’s 3rd Street Market Hall.
Drawing on his deep Wisconsin roots and decades of culinary experience, Chef Fogle will guide guests through a seasonal menu inspired by the Midwest’s rich agricultural traditions. From thoughtfully sourced ingredients to refined comfort dishes, this class brings a modern, chef-driven approach to the familiar foods of the harvest season.
A Racine native and graduate of Chicago’s French Pastry School, Chef Fogle trained under world-renowned pastry chef Jacquy Pfeiffer and appeared in the documentary “Kings of Pastry.” In addition to his work at Dairyland, he’s spent years mentoring the next generation of chefs as a respected instructor at Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC).
