This demonstration-style cooking class features a four-course menu inspired by orchard-fresh apples, golden honey, and the ingredients that define the harvest season. Throughout the evening, Sandra will share techniques, stories, and insights drawn from her years of experience crafting seasonal pastries and rustic cuisine.
