Join us for a vibrant culinary journey through Thailand’s bustling markets and street food culture with Chef Tony Koraneekit of Kin and Rice n Roll. Known for its Thai and sushi fusion cuisine, Rice n Roll has earned a loyal following for its bold flavors, creativity, and attention to detail.
In this demonstration-style cooking class, Chef Tony will prepare a four-course menu inspired by the fresh ingredients, aromatic spices, and regional specialties found throughout Thailand. Along the way, you’ll learn traditional techniques, ingredient insights, and the balance of sweet, sour, salty, spicy, and savory flavors that define Thai cuisine.
