Join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating chocolate in all its forms—both savory and sweet. This demonstration-style cooking class includes a thoughtfully curated four-course dinner with wine pairings, showcasing the versatility and elegance of chocolate in the hands of a master.

We are honored to welcome Chef Josh Johnson, newly appointed Chocolate Coach for Club Coupe du Monde Team USA, as he shares his expertise and insights while looking ahead to the 2027 Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie in Lyon, France.

A celebrated pastry chef, chocolatier, and educator, Chef Johnson brings over 20 years of experience to the table. Currently with Guittard Chocolate Company, he is a 2015 Coupe du Monde bronze medalist and has trained under world-renowned pastry legends including Sébastien Canonne, M.O.F., En-Ming Hsu, and François Payard. Classes will begin at 6:30 and includes a coursed dinner with wine pairings while the demonstration occurs.

Classes are held at Troquet, 1409 N Wauwatosa Avenue, Wauwatosa, WI 53213
